A:We use the best plating way-PVD gold plated, color can stay 1-2 years if kept in good condition.

A:Mostly let’s wait 1-2 more days, we'll contact the express. The tracking number may turn a new one.

A: Firstly, trade assurance order on DHL is provided, that's very safe for your business. Secondly, if the product damaged when you get it, please take photos and send to us at the first time, which will be helpful for us to check, then we'll find a solution or you'll get compensation after we confirmed it.

A: We're willing to provide samples for quality check, the sample cost will be refunded after
got the official order later. In addition, please kindly note that shipping cost of all samples should be paid by customer.
